Wow that is fantastic! Enjoy your well deserved rest day(s)
Impressive stuff. We are looking forward to seeing you take another 15 mins off next time you run this distance!!!
Whoohoo! Well done πππ. You smashed it!
Awesome job Katnap, fab result! π
Thanks Wiggy! How are you getting on since graduating?
Whereas most folk missed the structure of c25k, I just enjoyed the freedom. Consolidated with regular runs and slowly built myself (up to 8k. Found I was running happy as long as it wasn't on dark evenings (dark mornings are OK, just not evenings for some reason). Had some fab Xmas runs despite all the excess & my first sub 30 PR..... But then have had a leg issue & the doc even suspected blood clots, which put a dampener on the new year, but all's good now π€So now following ju-ju's 10k plan to mix things up again and enter my first 10k. I was never going to aim for longer distances but I can feel the addiction taking over π―.... And I can tell you know what I am talking about!
Cracking an hour is amazing! Well done ππ
