Ju ju,s 10k plan

Here is my run from this morning.

My post for this run is already in the weekly blog by real foodie.This is in miles. It is a bit further than the allotted distance for ju ju’s 10k programme.Sorry!😀😀

Well done, and what a pretty Garmin she is.... you could always knock the distance off the other short run if you are worried.... good stuff 😎

Thank you ju ju! Yes she is a pretty colour and was a gift from my hubby last year. I think I’ll try not to knock anything off and see how it goes.

Yes it was lovely this morning . A bit cold but soon warmed up when I started run. How did you get on?

Same here, nice bright morning the best part of the day. I did the long run which went well; pleased I managed it after a week of no running.
