You know when it all seems to come together in the right way?

My parkrun yesterday was one of those times, it was my 5th parkrun and I shaved nearly 2 mins off my previous PB! 32 minutes on the dot. I drove hard from the start and tried to keep the pace up, was hard hard going but delighted with the result 😀

*just* a 50 min run to do, will prob have to wait til Thursday, and that’s week 4 wrapped up.

Your speed seems pretty fantastic to me. I finished w4 on friday with my 5k run. I've been trying to run monitoring HR since starting 10k plan but it meant my 8k run took 67mins. Ran comfortable 5k friday in 33 and although HR was really high it dropped back quickly so this week just going to run. May start with 8k tomorrow then shorter runs later in week as just had 2day break. Really enjoying it. Good luck this week and happy running

Those runs are just great when the body feels good. Well done on your parkrun time. It fits in perfectly with the 10k plan.
