Day one

Exercise 1 routine

7 mins

1 minute of each exercise

( 30 seconds each side if needed)

Squats. Double or single leg

Lunges

One leg kickbacks

Calf stretch

Hamstring stretch

Buttock stretch

Thigh stretch.

Feel free to double up to 14 mins if you are feeling it today πŸ˜€.

Remember that pain is not acceptable. Push yourself but if it hurts stop.

But I will be honest I couldn't get the last stretch right so I did this one instead so I could feel the stretch, it works the same muscle.

Lovely! Just completed these. Pretty tough short workout RFC πŸ˜‰

I just set a simple 1 minute timer and away I went. It gave me the opportunity to review the next move before setting the timer off again.

This is good stuff, and I do various bits of it. It's important to stick to the routine and do it during the rest days. I've got mine suggested by my physio based on my dishevelled body's requirements and if done correctly they are extremely helpful.

Mind you, some are easier for some of us then they are for others, especially planks, if you fancy those. A lot will depend on age, body shape and weight but most are doable by all.
