Week 2 of dynamic core.. I've picked this one because I have found a really good video on form to go with it and it shows the different stages on how to progress. I'm thinking three times a week for 1-2 mins. At class we did 1 min each leg. If I remember they started us on 45 seconds for the first session. Try adding in last weeks as well if you feel you can do that.

I am attaching

a photo from the booklet

Have fun and don't forget to let us all know how your getting on this week

Next week we will add another exercise in.

Happy healthy week to you all.

Ps, don't forget, don't do anything that is painful and look after your self, normal precaution with exercise apply.

This is a great idea RFC - love the Guys info and photos! Have just looked back at week 1 too. Am going to try and include some of these. I have been working on my core more since recovering from a back injury/sciatica and I have to admit, I really noticed the benifits over the last two days when I have been gardening! Felt so much stronger!😀

How're you doing Sandra? How's the running?

It has taken a while but my leg is so much better. Ran on Sunday and felt good. Probably covered about 4.5k with a little walking in there to ease a fading niggle! Have also just started meds for an underactive thyroid which I am hoping will help!! Slowly but surely but, I think, getting there!!🙂🏃🏽‍♀️Was all ready to run this morning but have just got a cancellation to take the cat to the vets(!), so will go later if not too hot!! x

Fab idea RFC! I couldn't start last week because of my back but it's fine now so can give these a go. I've realised I let the old core work slip a bit. Pilates once a week isn't enough so I'm doing these. Thank you 🙂
