Yes, I find the side planks hard - and the tricep dips - phew! But I am definitely improving, managed to hold full plank for longer today π Not sure about the washboard stomach π
Yes, I am slowly improving. I find those 2 killers as well. Think I have to look further at the tricep dips tho', feel I work my shoulders rather then my arms, and can do the side planks easier one side than the other. All good for us I'm sure.
It is strange but I prefer doing the tricep dip using a bench, well I use a log in the forest! But maybe I am doing them wrong (lowering my hips rather than bending elbows). My shoulders and arms seem a bit weak but will keep working at it!
Just had a quick look around and the bench seems to be what most people do. Think I will try it with the weights as in the video because the other way just seems to work my shoulders.
