I do find day 2 hard, but it has all become part of my daily routine now. Only 39 days to a washboard stomach then!!

Yes, I find the side planks hard - and the tricep dips - phew! But I am definitely improving, managed to hold full plank for longer today πŸ˜€ Not sure about the washboard stomach πŸ˜‰

Yes, I am slowly improving. I find those 2 killers as well. Think I have to look further at the tricep dips tho', feel I work my shoulders rather then my arms, and can do the side planks easier one side than the other. All good for us I'm sure.

It is strange but I prefer doing the tricep dip using a bench, well I use a log in the forest! But maybe I am doing them wrong (lowering my hips rather than bending elbows). My shoulders and arms seem a bit weak but will keep working at it!

I use a weight for the triceps, this is what I do at home

Just had a quick look around and the bench seems to be what most people do. Think I will try it with the weights as in the video because the other way just seems to work my shoulders.
