I am over the moon to have achieved my first 60 minutes! It was a lovely route that took me round the water meadows and an old viaduct, then back via the Cathedral. There were many runners out in force and I got overtaken tons of times, but I donβt mind one little bit. Iβm always interested to see what theyβre wearing! Plenty of hats but Iβd get way too hot. I managed to chip a tooth π¦· en route, not too sure how that happened! I ran 8.77k so 10k actually seems to be within reach in the not too distant future. Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday. βΊοΈ

Well done !!! Great feeling, isnβt it ! Iβve done 60 mins before but have slacked off a bit lately and found it hard this morning - had to walk a bit after 30 mins and 50 mins - but it still counts I reckon !! Enjoy the feeling !
Well done - thatβs fantastic! ππππ Your route sounds lovely too! I have a theory π€ that once you hit 8k you can then run 10! So having achieved 8.7k on your run today, you are definitely capable of running a 10k...π Good luck!π
I know, Iβm falling apart! I will definitely take it easy, was just thinking the same thing π. Some nice short, slow recovery runs beckon next time round. Thanks Rennur. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
