Day 61. Zero to go, well done to you all.

Exercise 1 routine

7 mins

1 minute of each exercise

( 30 seconds each side if needed)

Squats. Double or single leg

Lunges

One leg kickbacks

Calf stretch

Hamstring stretch

Buttock stretch

Thigh stretch.

Feel free to double up to 14 mins if you are feeling it today 😀.

Remember that pain is not acceptable. Push yourself but if it hurts stop.

Well done to all! Thank you Rfc for setting the programme. I didnt know I could do a plank until I attempted these exercises 🤔

Unfortunately for the last few weeks i have had to exchange Rfc ‘s plan for that of my physio...... the good news is I can now do ‘squaaaaastttts’. Adapted slightly to suit my knees but they are definitely squaaaaatts.

Thank you so much for organising these exercises Rfc, just the motivation I needed! Had a few blips during festive season but feel very pleased that I can now do a straight legged side plank (couldn't do one at all at the beginning!). Now just need to keep going! HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone.
