10k/6.241miles !!!

Well I have today achieved my 10k/6.241 miles so for that I'm chuffed. However I think I have posted in the wrong place. So if you read C25k you will find my post there. I'm such a twit or perhaps I'm soooo excited!!! Yippee!

I'm good at the moment. Had two lovely runs on the Isle of Wight, and looking after my dad has totally distracted me from waiting for some scan results for my own health.

I am still amazed that I did it. All of a sudden after weeks of trying boom! I reached my goal.
