It may possibly be one of the slowest ever at 1hr 49mins but I don't care, and I'm so chuffed it was before my anniversary of starting C25K ππ Thankfully I recorded it on my Garmin or I wouldn't have believed it, even though it was only 90mins ago. THANK YOU ALL for your support and adviceππ .... in fact I will be looking for advice on aching insteps later π€£π¦Ά(only the left one)

10 bottles. One for each km. Time doesn't matter. You did the distance and showed great stamina. It really is a terrific achievement. Well done.
She who runs slowest gets the most value for money from their entry fee. I am also a slow runner but have yet to make the dizzy heights of 10k. 7.5k is my best so far. Many and most congratulations to you on your mammoth achievement. π
Wow wow π€© well done thatβs awesome,
10k?!?!? That is amazing!! Pace doesnβt really matter - the time being active and the distance. Superb!! π₯³π₯³π₯³π₯³ 10k!!! Woohoo!
Congratulations to you Meepmum on running your first 10K, well done, to get your Graduation10 badge and the word Graduate10 next to your username leave a message on the Graduate10 HealthUnlocked Homepage in the pinned post on the top right of the page and tell the administrators that you have ran your first 10K
Bravo! Fantastic! Never mind the time, feel the distance. πππππΌπ Such a great achievement in your first year of running. And always remember: research shows that slow running is best for your health. ππ Bask in that triumphant glow. πΆπ΅πΆπ
Thanks Granspeed, might start running back home in the Forest now but don't fancy that soft sand around Beaulieu Rd π
Amazing! Well done you. I completed my first 10K just after Christmas, and it felt great. Just take time to think about what you have achieved.
Cheers Charlie, hope you're doing OK, seems a long time since we graduated last summer. I need to re read the early posts, didn't think today would ever happen to me, you I had no doubts about, in awe of your Park Runs odyssey πββοΈπ₯π½π²

Well done from another 90 minutes + slow coach when I graduated, bonus is that I have now done it 3 times and every one is a PB. Happy running.
So pleased for you Meepmum! What a great occasion! I was delighted to see your time because I reckon Iβm going to match it - Iβll let you know next week when I hope to do it! My best so far is 9.5km in 1:40 - slow is good!! 10km - wow!π₯³ππ
