Wow thanks to all on here who gave me advice I took it nice a slow and despite getting stuck in traffic and then having to run to the starting pen I managed to run the whole 10k and did it in 1:03.
It was so great running with lots of people, really motivating!

Thanks, she was! Son was too but camera shy ☺️ they are both really getting into running. Doing jnr parkrun etc. Great to see
