I went out this morning thinking 'I'll see how I feel at 5k'. I was feeling good so thought I'd just keep running.
Actually really enjoyed it, got in a good rhythm and soaked up the surroundings. Felt like I could have carried on but glad I didn't as my legs a bit fatigued now.
How far I've come since my first 60 secs running to today, thanks to C25K and all the wonderful words and advice on this forum.
Happy Running everyone ๐๐
