2nd run of the week in Norfolk

Not much to report, but had another lovely sunny run this morning at 7.30. Along the flat, fairly deserted coastal path. I passed 3 older ladies doing Nordic walking with poles, maybe that's something I could get into in years to come. Did 4.5k this morning then back to shower and have a yummy hotel breakfast 😄

It's lovely Ruth - grasses and marshes, not 'seaside' as I know it, but big blue skies (so far) and so so quiet 😄

We went to Norfolk (near Burnham Norton) for a weekend 2 years ago, I remember those marshes, with tiny stems of samphire sitting in the shallow sea water. Enjoy

I've never been to Holland but apparently the landscape there is meant to be quite similar - the same flatness and maybe similar geology etc. So maybe imagine you're in Holland when you look out across those huge horizons
