Last run of the week

Happyhays ran run 1 of week 7 this morning. The skies were grey and we had a few drops of rain for our warm up walk. Its a little cooler but not much. There's very little breeze today. The plan was to run and when i saw Hays coming back to turn round which is what i did.

There are less people out this morning so not so much dodging from side to side on the path.

It was a good run, comfortable, I'm not running tomorrow and volunteering on saturday at Parkrun so will give these old legs a bit of a rest. I'm going to sit a while before swimming with granddaughter, its been a busy week.

With what im doing in the week a Saturday 5k trying to keep up with others is a bit too much but i do like going to parkrun and they always need volunteers 😀

Thanks, the pool was full of children and inflatables so we shopped instead 😁
