Running in Norfolk

So we arrived yesterday, it was lovely and we had a little walk to orientate ourselves. A nice dinner. Overnight it poured! I had to check it wasn't flooding through the window - it wasn't.

This morning, rain had passed through, all was bright, some blue sky so out I went on the coastal path for my run. Lots of puddles to jump over but it was a lovely run along the path by the marshes. Lots of birds, a few dogwalkers, nothing else.

How nice to run by the sea! The only thing I have to compare it with is running along Lake Garda last year when I was on week 6. Today I took Laura and week 9. I turned round at 2k so did 4k in all. Then back for breakfast! What a lovely start to the week 😁

Sounds lovely! Running in new areas is such fun and running near marshes with the smell of the sea tickling your nose sounds fantastic!

It is really lovely JaySeeSkinny , so different from running at home. Quite windy this morning though! 😄
