2nd run of JuJu magic plan

I was out nice and early this morning, a bit cloudy so no stars to keep me company. Thought I’d be having a nice easy run as I was doing 2.5K, but I thought wrong! I did 1K warm up walk then set off but struggled to get that “when is is going to end?” feeling out of my head. Not sure why.

Anyway, that’s that one done. Back to a normal 5K on Saturday.

Shame about the stars and feelings but you did it 🙆‍♀️ some runs are just hard. Maybe it's the deviation from longer runs, who would have thought it 😉 have a great day

Great job getting out there, sadly you couldn’t see any stars, but any observers would have seen one!

Sometimes I find that a short run just isn’t long enough... if I’m struggling to get into my groove on a long run I am reassured that it will come as there’s plenty of time, on a short one it’s much more of an issue and the gremlins can have a field day in my mind.

Yes, that sounds exactly right. It felt like the toxic 10 went on forever and all I could think about was getting home. It’s all a learning curve!

I have a whole week of short runs coming up as I mainly rest before HM... cant say I’m looking forward to it, I’m gonna miss the time out there.
