2nd parkrun ever - 2nd run of week 1 - lots of PBs

I didn’t mean to do do two runs in two days. I generally like to leave 24 hours recovery time. But it turned out some friends were doing Parkrun and I wanted to change my habit of running Fridays and Sundays and missing it.

So I went today. It was kind of exhausting doing 2 days in a row but I got loads of PBs for the first time in ages. It must be the power of Parkrun! All I need to do now is fit in the shorter run for B25K one evening this week. I’m taking Sunday off though. I’m knackered!
