Hot and humid 10k and thanks

This is my first post but I read avidly and have learnt loads from this forum. To the point I did my first 10k at London vitality 10kyesterday it was so hot and humid but enjoyed it, especially as only started running in January. Big thanks to Bridge to 10k members for your inspiration

Brilliant! Well done.

I also only started running in January and have my first 10K race at the beginning of July. Only managed 7k so far but have a few more weeks to get to 10K.

It's amazing to think in January I could hardly run for 60 seconds!
