After graduating C25K in February I’d been building up to doing 10K. Today, I completed my first 10K in glorious sunshine. My question is this though; how many flies is it safe for one person to eat in an hour?

Wow look at you go!! I’m sure the flies just gave you a protein boost along the way.
Well done! What’s next? 😉
Well done! Great time too, possibly helped by extra protein courtesy of the flies you ate! 👏👏
Well done 👍. I’ve noticed more flies during my last 2 runs. Glad I had my glasses on.
Well done you!
Ha ha, yes the flies can be really horrible ... but I don’t think anyone’s died from excessive fly swallowing ...yet!
Happy running!
Fantastic. Well done on a great time. Congratulations.
Well done!! Mm... Flies just some extra fuel!
No wonder you are swallowing flies at that speed. Well done and congratulations on getting to 10k . You can apply for your graduation badge in one of the pinned posts. Flies contain protein so they must be good for you. Mustn’t they?🧐
Congratulations on your first 10k Paul and what a fantastic time! 🎉😀
Well done kenno, I'm afraid fly swallowing is an occupational hazard if you are a happy runner 😁
Fantastic K8nno, great time for you first 10k. 😁
Congratulations on doing ur first 10K. Great time as well.
Congratulations on your first 10k. Might not have been sub 1 hour, but Strava says 1h 0m and that is one fast time for your first 🏃♂️🎉👏🏻
Woo hoo, 10km👍 Ugg, the fewer the better 😧
