Managed both my first sub-30min 5k (29:25) and first sub-hour 10k (59:08) at the Percy Pud 10k in Sheffield yesterday!! To say I'm delighted would be a slight understatement as this is such a long way from where I started back in April 
The support and guidance of both the Couch25k and Bridge210k forums have been invaluable and I can't thank you guys enough!

I was in Sheff yesterday. I'd not heard about the race. Sorry I missed it. Would have liked to have done it.

Yes that's the one, although to anyone from Sheffield, it's about as flat as you can get

Well done! I did the Percy Pud on Sunday too and it was one of my favourite races of the year. I think the free milk at the end was a nice bonus too!
