Just wondering what program you are using to get to 10k....for couch to 5k I used the American C25k but would like to try something with more instruction for the 10k....thanks for your help.

Thank you.... I must get round to opening a new Dropbox, mine just got shut down...I tried the suz's podcast today as I quite like RnB for a change of music....she has a weird voice! I missed having a bit of a countdown too but will see how it goes....did 6.5k So a good build up.....will try the Samantha Murphy too
The tracks are carefully chosen to uplift, inspire, sooth, slow you down, hurry you up, and even to warm you up and cool you down. Proper music not just muzaak 😊 much of the music was brand new to me but I love it now. Loads to keep you entertained for ages
I don't really like training plans per se but I recommend a 5k, interval session and one run that gets longer each week by 10%
