I had my route all planned out on Strava but just as I was about to head out this morning I heard a bit of commotion from upstairs - my little girl had been sick again! So with my departure delayed it meant I didn't have as much time as I thought so I cut 3km off the run.
Felt good right from the off... had a longish incline 3km in and attacked that. Rest was all flat or downhill and I really pushed myself the last 2km. One of my best ever runs I reckon!
