Mondays do come round quick! Here we again with my weekly update. Hills this week. 2.5k jog out to find a hill. 30 second sprint up said hill. Jog back down. Repeat 5 times. 2.5k jog back to car park. Sounds easy!?! Knackered now!! Rest of the week? 10k on Wednesday, 5k on Friday. Have fun everyone. X

Sounds like torture and fun! Good idea to mix it up, might try hills, I know some good ones. I find running down hill challenging on my legs but getting easier
