I am loving the Autumn air. So crisp & fresh. Did a 7km this morning in just under an hour which was my best yet. Kept a consistent pace & felt good. I could have kept going but had a busy morning so had to stop. Decided to do some lunges on the cool down - got some funny looks but I didn't care!

I'm with you on not caring! I went out last night to celebrate my huband's birthday, left my car in town then ran to collect it this morning. Had to run down a busy shopping street all red & sweaty but who cares?!

I love autumn too. It's just feels so right! And looks amazing at the moment. Well done on your run. That's great. I'm a bit stuck at 5 at the moment. Did 6 last week but been breaking in new trainers and it's been a pain! Literally!!! Xx
