Autumn?

We’ll the weather was horrid in the south yesterday the rain just kept on and on, my run was very wet and the sky was dreary but it did mean the dog walkers were not out so no mishaps with unruly dogs to worry about today.

Managed the hill of doom with some determination so my strength is improving even if my shoulder is still frozen I’m managing to keep up the running and very light weights. At the top of the hill I stopped and took in the view it felt very autumnal but I don’t really think we have had much of a summer yet!!

Yesterday seems to have been wet everywhere, today the sun is shining in Norfolk 😁

My son was in Wales in the sunshine on the beach ……… I know that is unusual for Wales 😂
