We’ll the weather was horrid in the south yesterday the rain just kept on and on, my run was very wet and the sky was dreary but it did mean the dog walkers were not out so no mishaps with unruly dogs to worry about today.
Managed the hill of doom with some determination so my strength is improving even if my shoulder is still frozen I’m managing to keep up the running and very light weights. At the top of the hill I stopped and took in the view it felt very autumnal but I don’t really think we have had much of a summer yet!!

we are in S Wales on the coast just outside Cardiff and had no rain at all yesterday. It was the perfect weather for a run, a little bit of a breeze to keep you cool and warmish but not too hot. Very pleased with the 7km I managed.
I went this morning just over 3k as I had a busy week last week and hadn’t run so my legs were feeling it, it’s always great once it’s done though. Summer has been pants!!
