Hi Kenny kenster1

If you mean because of the situation, I totally understand. so many of us are right now and it's hard know what to suggest but do let me know if there's something particular I can help with.

an old friend from volunteering lost her daughter its her 2nd child loss she can`t volunteer due to being over 65 because of the virus her daughters son is autistic and now living alone having just lost his mum its awfully sad situation tomorrow when I go volunteering I`m going to ask if I can go on the food run as the charity have been helping out as she`s struggled financially recently.her brother lives in Jersey so not sure if he will attend the funeral her mother is over 90 lives a couple of miles from her so she might not have anyone supporting her at the funeral.

Thank goodness for friends like you Kenny kenster1

The poor woman must be devastated and no support either. She must feel so lost, maybe the people who run the volunteering she helped with could offer some support.

This is a time when all the Services need to come together isn't it?

Thank you for being you Kenny!

Been busy this week with future learn and applying for jobs and still doing daily walks.

Sunday just gone the streets were like an ice rink in the morning so I decided not to do the usual Sunday long walk as it looked dangerous out walking on an ice rink but I was miffed though as I really enjoy my Sunday long walks and look forward to them but I did manage to fit a shorter one in later on but it wasn't the same.

On one of the other boards I had sworn referring to the virus using some very bad language out of frustration cursing it for all the damage it has done and what it has taken away from everyone!

I did apologise when I had calmed down for swearing as frustration had got the better of me!

Hi Hidden I'm pleased you're doing your best to keep occupied and I agree there's better than a long walk but that's not always easy this weather as you've found.

Hmm oh dear, well it happens and there's a lot to be frustrated with right now.

Keep well

I've been doing some painting, the kitchen ..not art.Instead of sitting looking at the walls all day I thought I'd paint them. Its kept me busy and I ache but needed to do something different.

That's really good Sandradsn It's hard to get motivated but you seem to have done that with a reward at the end, a freshly painted kitchen that you can say to yourself afterwards 'I did that' brilliant!

Hi Chloe (I've always loved that name). Struggling a bit . The holidays are so difficult for all of us but I am really trying to think of spring.

Hi Hidden Really sorry your struggling at the moment, I really do empathise, it's so hard for everyone isn't it and like you I'm thinking about the spring and last night I suddenly had a bit of inspiration for a planting scheme after watching a tv programme, whether I get that far is another matter but I'll spend sometime thinking about it, which makes a change from you know what.

What are your favourites?

Take good care of yourself
