If you treated yourself to a day out, what would you do?

My day would start with a shopping trip, then lunch out, more shopping then finishing off with a new hairdo and manicure, lovely!

I think I would start off with a little shopping trip, followed by a bite to eat then I'd take ina film followed by a good meal because I like to eat and drink it may spoil my day if it was earlier. Followed by a few and only a few drinks whilst watching the footy with the sound turned off.

I would also like to set aside time to contemplate (not meditate) on things, A little quiet space. I think being still is one of the best things we can do.

Hello kenster1 my son studied at Stirling Uni and I rented an apartment for a holiday and when asked what I wanted to do I said go to Loch Lomond, which we did.

Lovely Kenny kenster1

Loch Lomond is one of the few places I've visited and it is very beautiful!

This is a close one but as I've recently moved here and want to go canoeing down the river Wye through the Forest of Dean.

This would be my first choice especially as the rivers are so full and flowing fast 🚣‍♀️ and as long as it doesn't end with a splish splash splosh 💦 🛶 all good fun...😀

HI Lperica10

I was just wondering what Panera is, sounds like a delightful cheese but I imagine it's quite exotic.

Given the choice I'd pick a sunny day and run for 20 odd miles in the beautiful Sussex countryside... but I'm recovering from an unrelated foot problem...so can't right now.

Usually at the top of a hill I'd talk to my Dad, along the way my dear friend gone in 2018, same month as my mother.

Running in nature is my sanctuary, it feeds my soul like nothing else can and being without that relief is a new grief in itself.

I'm at least back to walking and short runs so can rebuild this year carefully...🤞🏻
