A top up perhaps

I was thinking of those of us who seem to grieve for a very long time and

wondered if a 'Top up' of Counselling seemed a good idea, say after 3years or less. What's your opinion? I'd love to know, thank you!

my last counsellor said last summer come back if you feel the need to it doesn`t have to be a one off so yeah if someone is struggling with grief go for it pick up the phone or email them and book that appointment.

I think lots of us feel we've had our 'quota' so that's it but I agree with you, pick up the phone and ask for more !
