Hi All
I had a wonderful weekend with my family and then a lovely meal yesterday thank you but going to bed last night I fell over in my bedroom and gashed my head really badly on the radiator I also dislodged my elbow. I spent all night in A & E so not a happy birthday after all. I’m very sore however ok

I often fall over to Bev, as you know, but have never injured myself that bad.
I think that I am practiced at falling down now, I have done it so many times.

aww that's awful. I do hope you make speedy recovery. I often find a have a fall after a good day.. maybe very tired or over confident. who knows

😕 Bev, I’m so sorry your lovely day ended so badly. Like Patsy says, this can happen when we least expect it and confidence is running on a high. I’ve just had 2wks which have been unexpectedly good, but yesterday I plummeted, symptoms kicked in viciously and I felt in danger of falling. Pamper yourself, you deserve it ((hugs))🙂 xB

Really sorry to hear about what happened to you. Its not going to end your discomfort but I've spent three sessions in A&E due to falls. On two of those occasions I banged my head. Trust that your head and vision are OK. If vision is affected I found a visit to my optician more productive that a trip to the doc's. Anyway, good luck and best wishes for a quick recovery of injury and perhaps confidence.
