To reduce my Pain and discomfort I eat as healthily as I can i.e. 75% of my 1 plate per day is dark green, i snack on fruit, I eat 100% whole grains and drink or consume as many super foods as possible ie pomegranate, acai, dark green veg ... Also figs or anything that's good for stomach health. Stomach health seems to be the key to pretty much everything, apart from your hardware.

I know changing your diet is a pain in the ass lifestyle change, but its preferrable to pain and misery. ALL YOU CAN DO IS BE ALL YOU CAN BE !

HI WW,THIS NO SALT JOBBIE IS A SORT OF DIET ALSO LOTS OF PROTEAN IE EGGS MEAT FISH CHICKEN BUT NO SALT AND IN 4 DAYS I FEEL BRAND NEW

I miss my fry-ups - the doc` asked `why not grill everything?`

I do doctor, but it makes a heck of a mess of the egg :-)

I like Weetabix, toast, yoghurt for breakfast. Lovely-Jubbly.

Yes I remember when in Kuwait (v. hot!) - we had to take salt tabs every day to counteract dehydration and so as not to get cramps.....

this less salt jobbie means my cramps have stopped completely so it seems that salt is very

toxic so im off it for good
