I'm on pregabalin, 75mg twice a day. I'm curious to know, why do you want to replace it 🤔?

All the side effects; quick to anger, constipation, weight gain, dizziness(more than usual), and blurred or more double vision are the one's on top of my head. :)

I must be lucky that I can cope with all of that although I don't have dizziness or blurred vision. It helps my muscle pain and anxiety.

Gabapentin is a suitable alternative. It has a slightly different release rate, but your doctor can help you with that.

Have already tried Gabapentin. I think I'm looking more for a "alternative" or homeopathic medicine? I really don't think any pharmaceuticals are good for you, for the duration of your lifetime, that is! :)

Hi I got taken off pregabalin. falls team reckon it does not help stability. I have codeine and paracetemol I do not tolerate tramadol and I take ameltriptaline at night, I have baclofen on a low dose which really helps with muscle spasms. Liz

I too take a low dosage baclofen, that seems to help. Thanks for the input, appreciate it.
