Day 1 of taking time out for myself.

Had a lovely catch up with a friend i havent seen for a few months. Took kids to the wacky warehouse. While the kids played we had a good chat.

Have realised i cannot cure my partner. I thought i could make him better, but now know its not down to me. I am not giving up on him, will be there for him but taking a tiny step back, to save my own sanity. No good to no-one if i become bogged down by it all.

Thanks to everyone that has been there:-)x

Well done you, I wish my OH took time for herself instead of worrying about me all the time.
