A exhausted other half has finally got in touch. A pact has been made that when he needs space he texts to let me know that is what he needs at that time.

I have learnt one thing that i am going to make time for myself. Hopefully this will help me from going mad when the silent treatment happens.

Looking forward to catching up with friends and a special one from here in the near future:-)

Youre so good with him and he really should appreciate how lucky he is...... I really hope things start coming good now for him and you!

Lots of hugs Ker xxx

The most important thing is i have to make time to do my own thing. Going out with friends etc. I would usually sit waiting and its not good. I think myself i got too obsessed trying to do everything for him, to get him better. I have realised i cant do that. Its not a overnight cure and i need to live a life aswell. x

You sound so much more positive and like youve got your head around things :-) I think its good to keep your own life anyway , whatever is going on with our oh's.......Ive learnt this!! xxxx

Hi Lou,

I'm so pleased he's been in touch :)

I like the sound of your new plans too. Making time for yourself and your needs is definitely the way to go.

Take Care

Hey you

Yeh i am glad he has been back in touch. He has been to the docs, but he had gone off his own back, the day i had rung the doctors. His body and mind is exhausted.

The last few days i have realised i have to back off. I had a good chat with his Mum the other night and that helped me put things into perspective.

Hope you are ok. xxx

Glad he got in touch Lou

Hope all well
