Asfar as I know this siteis open to those who post on it. I dont think there's a lot in the way of strict rules. An inmy opinion id it helps then yes I would.

The guidelines do ask that you don't post links to the community, thanks.

Hi admin, bit confused... nothing new for me there!! Just wanted to check the guidelines.. I see on the general guidelines it says you can post information from a personal perspective and can attach links. But I can see the anxiety uk says not to put links but it reads as though its only in relation to obtaining prescription only medication without a prescription.
Am interested in hearing of books, sites etc that have helped other people so wanted to double check. Thank you..
Thank you!
Hi Admin,
Can I make reference to the course or book that has helped but add no links?
eg, Such and such book helped a lot or I went on this course (insert name) two years ago
Thanks
