Asfar as I know this siteis open to those who post on it. I dont think there's a lot in the way of strict rules. An inmy opinion id it helps then yes I would.

Hi admin, bit confused... nothing new for me there!! Just wanted to check the guidelines.. I see on the general guidelines it says you can post information from a personal perspective and can attach links. But I can see the anxiety uk says not to put links but it reads as though its only in relation to obtaining prescription only medication without a prescription.

Am interested in hearing of books, sites etc that have helped other people so wanted to double check. Thank you..
