So after all the ups and downs of yesterday I am starting a new day. Leaving being negative thoughts, not over thinking or analysing what have happened. Just going to live today for day, need to do some chores and then find some me time.
I am reading Modern Buddish by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, it's a free ebook. I am still doing my 100 breaths meditation every morning and hope to do some yoga later, all this before going to work lol
