Still waiting! !!!!

Does anybody know how long it usually takes ti wsit fot their therapy appointments ti come through I dont take medication so I feel like thid id the only thing keeping me going is waiting for this appointment but im slowly dwindling xx

Hi sess may i ask why you do not take any medication?

Therapy appointments all depend on where you live the speed that you for are processed and also the waiting time for the therapy you are going for.

for me it was about 1 week after I sent a form to the NHS IAPT team.

Hi sess Welcome to a wonderful site where people can advise and talk about your feelings and fears. I visited my doctor on a thursday and had a call on Saturday regarding an appointment on the Monday. I was surprised how quickly the appointment came and i was grateful.

Hope to get my appointment soon the reason why not on medication is im on codiene and the doctor doesn't want to mix tablets this site is brilliant itz helled me a lot xx
