When we have anxiety it affects the stomach there is lots of evidence they are connected so what you are experiencing is not uncommon
If you can get your anxiety under control which is not easy your stomach will not feel that anxiety feeling you are experiencing
I am not sure what you have tried bit meditation , therapy if you have not tried them may help
Also things like peppermint tea helps soothe the stomach and calm it down

Josana13, For myself, it wasn't until I discovered my Breathing had a lot of control
over the anxious stomach as well as the b/p and h/r.
Practicing our breathing daily will be readily available if and when we need it.

As BeKind28 mentioned, I also use Meditation and Therapy is a must in order to
address the issues prompting our anxiety. xx
I suffer Psychosomatic pain in my stomach, it is real and the pain is excruciating. Pain relief doesn't work as its in my head (mental health). Breathing techniques and grounding work. Hope this helps.
I find listening to relaxing music helps. Sometimes excercises such as walking or some easy yoga as well.
I get it too. It will go but gradually. Keep exercising and breathing.
