this anxiety thing is like a bloody vicious circle. every part of my body seems to hurt, so then you think there must be something wrong. i am going to the doctor's tomorrow as my right testicle now seems to hurt all the bloody time. now, since friday this has constantly been on my mind. suddenly 20minutes ago or so, I had the worst headache at the back of my head, that now seems to have spread higher and even to the face/back of eye. anyone else have this?
I've only had anxiety since January and suddenly it seems I think about a certain thing all the time and then BANG something else happens and then you think of that. Then you get worried that I am just going to be in and out of the doctors constantly with "headache", "i felt a twinge in my knee"... it's getting stupid.
grrr. rant over.

Hey
I became ill last year with anxiety and depression and my whole body hurt, the back of my head was like concrete and too many other ailments to mention. You are not alone in how you are feeling and you have found the right place with people who understand and will try to advise as best they can. Talk things through with your doctor and let us know how you get on take care x
I am the same , its right one feeling goes then another appears , it can be hard to believe its anxiety making this happen , but 9/10 it is , taken me years to believe it & can doubt it still at times ...we are so tuned into are bodies & what they are doing , where someone else would get a pain & ignore it , we are straight in there focusing in on it
I get bad heads , shooting pains , dizzy spells , had about everything you van think of , so you are not alone
Good to see you are going to see your GP , hope they will put your mind at ease & yes let us no how you go on
