Head feels funny.

Hi everyone it's me again, I have been feeling some pressure around my head since last night and have this frequent head spinning sensation in my head almost feels like a faintly feeling can't describe it but it has got me concerned once again. I have no headaches just the pressure and head spinning feeling morning I'm fine but it gets worse at night., can this be related to stress/anxiety or does it mean another trip to the doctors. Thank you

I get it with anxiety, i can get a foggy head, dizzyness. Thats the best way i can discribe it. It freaks me out still, but i do try to ignore it but cant always be done x

hi like donaf said i have a floaty dizzy feeling alot in fact when i started blogging i asked same thing and it was donaf who replied telling me it is anxiety still get it now and feels strange but like donaf says just try and ignore it or call your gp for reassurance xxx
