Hey Ollann How you doing my name is Trip, i have had depression for 8 years and anxiety and panic attacks for just over a year.

What you are feeling is normal for anxiety, things do get better in time, I am also only on antidepressants but it did take me a wile to find the ones that work for me, with an in cress of the dosage over time via the GP's say so.

Keep strong you will get there.

Trip
