Ring the Samaritons, love. Haven't got the no on me as I'm on my fone. But it'll come straight up if you google it and it's in the front of the phone bk. hope this helps.

Remember it is not part of your true self.you were not born this way........IT WILL PASS......

until then my thoughts are with you...........it just a visitor.maybe an unwelcome one but never the less .a visitor......If you can view it as just that................

i will suggest you ring Samaritans straight away, you can google the their tel.no. I did phone them few years ago and talk to them ,the person i spoke to was good listener, felt much better after.

all the best

Hi Eilidh,

Sorry my first reply was so brief.

Did you manage to ring the Samaritans and talk it through with someone? I hope you're feeling more stable.

Please go to see your GP as soon as you can. I know it's a faff and they never move as fast as you'd like but you do need the help and support. Meanwhile if you feel really bad or you think you might be in danger of hurting yourself please go straight to A&E. I know from personal experience how quickly these things can get away from you. Please do not put yourself at risk.

Advice aside ~ welcome to the site :)

Everyone on here is so reassuring and supportive. I hope you'll quickly feel at home.

Best Wishes,

Be Safe,

Lizard.xx
