This subject is one that gets a few of us angry on here , what they are doing to people that are unwell is a disgrace

I have just filled my forms in to be assest so am not where you are yet !

Maybe if you could explain a bit more what is happening

I hope someone will be able to help you with this

Thanks for your reply.

When I was assessed for employment support allowence at Jobcentreplus they based

their result on only physical dissability. No points on my Anxiety & Depression so only

scored 12 I needed 15 or more to qualify for continued support.

If I can find a representative with the right experience. I stand a fair chace of winning

my appeal.So far I have been unable to find help.

There is a site , & it tells you what you should score & what you need , there was a part for anxiety etc & you should have scored high on that found it by going on "google " dont look up anything else though ;), I just dont no how they come up with the results , I think they make them up as they go along to be honest !

I have filled my Atos forms in & I no I have scored more than enough points , but I bet I still get called in , & that will then prove to me they are not following the system

Have you been to the CAB ,they should be able to give you good advice & all the answers , if i have to I will be contacting my local MP as well , because there is no way they should be getting away with this !!!!!

Always seems as well when people are failing its by a few points ??? is this telling us something about how they are doing things

If you have not tried CAB please do & ask your GP as well they should be able to help between them

Thankyou for your answer .We have still been unable to contact the right type of representative.Solicitors want huge sums of money!!!

So it looks as if we will have to do it ourselves.It seems a letter from our GP was not enough , we will hopefully get a referral to a psychiatrist.

O hun , sorry to hear this , did you try CAB & no luck ?

I would even contact my local MP & make them listen , you shouldnt have to do this on your own

I was unable to work last year............filled in claim forms to financially survive.......told that I could still walk 500mtrs and cook a snack and therefore was entittled to nothing....

Mistake I made was filling in the forms myself, my friend went to either citizens advice or I think it may have been Money Matters and they helped fill in the form and represented him.guess what he won!!!!!!!!!!

contact your local CAB ask for an urgent appointment and they will be able to assist you with your tribunal...

I have been put in the WRAG of ESA for six months and then I have to go onto Jobseekers unless I appeal again.

Too ill to go to tribunal and as I am a carer I am going to come off of ESA (even though I am entitled to claim it) as I cannot cope with all the bullshit. I am going to only claim carers allowance and claim a top up of Pension Allowance by my husband.. I will be £30.00 worse off but it will be worth it not having the worry anymore of medicals etc.
