Trees - Have you called any of the numbers that Indigojoe sent you yesterday? If not, try to call them. It could be very helpful. You need to take some action to break out of the state you are in, and calling them could be a first step.

Those are for homeless people. I already have all those resources.

No not just for homeless people, where did you get that idea. Someone went to a lot of trouble to supply you with those contacts.

It is very easy to descend into a negative spiral. Perhaps when you feel able you could look at some of the replies you have received and pick one for that week which may help then the following week another.

Good luck

Yeah my anxiety is bad and I believe I have some depression. Spent the day crying yesterday. Nothing is helping. And I'm afraid of the anxiety so it makes it worse

I completely understand your feelings. I am on meds for anxiety and depression which helps some but I still have bad anxiety and panic attacks sometimes. Anxiety does cause more anxiety. My doctor said when I have these attacks to tell myself...it is just anxiety it can't hurt you. I was at the er twice in 10 days for palpitations and the tests showed PACs which the doctor said are harmless and caused by stress and to keep telling myself that. Easier said than done. Have you seen a doctor at all. There are meds that can help. Take care

Yes I've been to a few doctors. My fear now is that the crying and tension have caused pain in my ribs, and back I've been like this over 4 years and now think the pain is chronic and won't go away.

Did the doctors do anything to try to help you-any tests or prescribe any medications? My doctor has suggested seeing a behavior therapist which I am looking into I really feel bad for you and hope you can find some help. I am here if you want to talk or just vent, Take care.
