Yup!! A common and disconcerting feeling but nothing to worry about. Have you seen your GP? I am sure there is nothing wrong but reassurance can be a great help. Don't be afraid to ask. They are used to these kind of symptoms. The 'tingling' is agitated nerves. Anything, but anything can happen in nervous illness so do not be surprised when such symptoms occur.

And dont add fear to fear, or try not to. Best wishes. jonathan.

I did spoke to my GP everything,im not scared but every time when anxious more different symptoms are coming like never before. Now even pains between the brests! On tuesday i am having ECG just want to make sure it is not my heart. But if it is? So what?

I dont know,i just thought i might feel better, actually i really felt better, but unfortenetly i am in same place where i was before :(

Hi patricija

I get that to , hands , fingers , feet , even face before , it is when anxious , even though I no it can be hard to believe when you are feeling it , the more you focus on it the more you will get & feel it , well I no I do

It is very suprising what been anxious can cause you to feel , i could give a list of things I have felt

I am trying what has been suggested , that is face the feelings rather than fighting them , which at the moment even though I have to concertrate , it is making things easier to deal with , its a good suggestion

I am sure your ECG will be fine as well , hope once you have it done that will give you peace of mind

Keep posting , lots of lovely people here , that no how you are feeling

And thank you for posting. I would like to add, and why why conforms this, that ACCEPTANCE is the key. When I say to you that your symptoms are 'normal' in the circumstances you are creating for yourself I am speaking the truth. How else could you feel with the emotional thrashing you are giving yourself? Also, when they tell you your heart is fine, and I am sure they will, then BELIEVE them. In spite of what you hear they get it right 99.9% of the time. It is only the 1% that makes the news. Good luck. jonathan.

YES,YES YES,that tingling feeling is defo anxiety, have it on and off myself,at first it scared the life out of me,but now I just accept it or what it is.I have it now, along with back pain, ringing in my ears, and feeling unsteady, also heavy head feeling, and nausea.I take xanax 0.50mg, and motilium for the nausea, and everything disappears, for about 4 to 5 hrs.ANXIETY can cause so many symptoms.xx
