Ooooo Ellabella, What a wonderful idea to go on a cruise. Would give us something to look forward to. I know there a lot of changes going on next year with my job and its not something to look forward to.

Hi Fb, how did you get on? Everything ok? Dont get me wrong Christmas wasnt bad just the OH wanted it on his own, Didnt like the thought of him on his own. The joys of anxiety. xxx

Hi Lou,

None of us like the idea of someone we love being on their own over Christmas. It must have been very hard for you to bear. Still it's over with now and I trust that you will both be able to move forward into the New Year with hope and understanding.

I spent a quiet few days with family which was lovely. Am on hols for the next few days though and already I'm wondering what to do with myself. Hate this manifestation of my anxiety. Who else is so traumatised by not having to go to work?!!!
