Hi All. You may remember I came off tablets a few weeks ago. This morning, in Sainsbury's restaurant I had a mild panic attack. I DID NOT ADD SECOND FEAR. You know, 'get me out of here, help'. I carried on with it there. Wonder of wonders. Within five minutes I was back to normal. IT DOES WORK if we give it a chance. Just thought it might help. Love. jonathan.

That's great to hear Jonathan! I didn't come on here yesterday much so just seen your post. I'm so pleased for you! smile happy smiles : ) xxxxxxxx
Well done jonathan, hearing positive stories really gives me hope. x
Well done. which tablets did you come off?
I am also a Dr Weekes fan, and the mantra "Don't add Second Fear" is one I have used for many years now when panic rises in me.
Hi. funky. Diazipam. I was on them for some years and, after going to
Professor Ashton's websit where I found useful advise about 'tapering', I came off slowly. I think it is essential to do it slowly as any other way is painful! Tried antidepressants some years ago but the side effects were too bad. Gad to hear about Dr. Weekes. Did you know she got the MBE for her work with anxiety. And well deserved too. Love. jonathan.
