HI all,I joined Anxiety uk beginning of October,Asked for the contact details of the pharmacistswas sent the form with the email address.

it was the wrong email address,so sent another email to anxiety stating this again it came back wrong.so I figured it out for myself & it went.emailed again four days later to see if it had been recieved,no answer .Told all this to people in the office they said they would get back to me later that day,NOTHING! Rang the next day & they said they would look into it NO reply

Rrang the next day & Eureka they said they had been having trouble withe emails & would get back to me. NOTHING! I also paid for therapy but I couldnt find anyone in my area spoke to a lady at Anxiety who said that there is one near me & she would email me the details,this was Tuesday guesse what NOTHING. I joined Anxiety uk for help so far I have had no help at all! Has anybody actually got an answer fom the pharmacists & if so how did you do it?

Sorry for the rant but I'm getting nowhere & I cant stand it.

Hi.Gretch. I joined Anxiety UK. as a member recently and I seem to have had the opposite response to you. Messages answered the next day and, when I phoned recently for advice, got a good reply to my question. Try going on to MESSAGES and send them a message about how you feel. Something has obviously gone wrong and needs to be put right. Would be interested to know how you get on. Love. jonathan.

Sorry you've had such a hassle - just wondered, you talk about "pharmacists" - do you mean "therapists"? Just wondered if that's where the confusion is arising?

Hi Briar Rose,no they have some phsyciactric pharmasists that you can talk to about your meds.
