Is there a community here for the partners of those with anxiety disorders?

About 8 years ago my OH was diagnosed with GAD; it manifests itself in so many ways which often change.

After the lastest episode (we went to a party) it almost broke me. I realise that I need to sound off with someone in a similar situation and look after my own mental health.

But where/how do I do this on here?

I think if you simply ask there will be responses to you, those of us who suffer with this also understand that we put a lot onto our Wives, Husbands, Partners etc.
