Hi Spanna9 I live and work in Dorset. Never thought of the idea of having penpals who suffer from Anxiety. I am thinking about joining Anxiety Uk membership. I do a lot of yoga and meditation in the Bournemouth Area, It is great for these activities and I find it really good for my anxiety. Just a suggestion, each to there own and all that!
