Thats a really good idea. I write a diary each day and make myself put in the positive things as well as the negative. Even small things like snuggling up with my dog reminds you that its not all bad. Eventually your brain re wires itself to remember more of the good things if you think positively and write them down like that.

I wrote myself short list of tasks t.o do today. I managed most of them. I'm trying to take control of this vicious monster inside me rather than letting it control me.
Duckula I am doing the same at the moment im trying the retraining approach AGAIN but instead of just thinking things to do and that be that (just thoughts) I am doing like you, every Sunday I write a list of things to attempt for the week. At the moment they are very basic like answer telephone, walk dog at least twice alone ect very basic tasks but you gotta start small!! :0) Good luck with your weekly tasks
